Our community developments are a reflection of our corporate philosophy - to provide choice, normality and support to adults as they age.

Home Connections
In response to the growing challenges related to selling a home, Presbyterian Homes & Services has developed Home Connections, a multi-faceted realty and relocation assistance program for older adults. The other partners in the program are Coldwell Banker Burnet and Gentle Transitions, two companies with solid, long-standing reputations. Highlights of Home Connections include coordination of services by a Move Manager who is committed to delivering personal, attentive service and real estate agents chosen specifically for their professionalism and expertise in marketing and selling homes.

The Synod of Lakes and Prairies
The synod includes 16 presbyteries, corporate expressions of the church. They are made up of all the congregations and ministers of the Word and Sacrament in a given geography. Presbyteries are responsible for the mission and governance of the church in their particular area.

The Presbyterian Association of Homes and Services for the Aging
A national association of presbyterian affiliated retirement communities. The association represents communities in over 26 states.

Aging Services of Minnesota
Aging Services of Minnesota (formerly Minnesota Health & Housing Alliance) is Minnesota's largest association of aging services organizations. Our 680+ members serve over 40,000 Minnesotans every day in settings across the continuum from their home to congregate housing to assisted living to care centers. Aging Services members are diverse but share a common focus on person-directed living, missions of service to their communities and choice in older adult services.

EMPIRA
Empira, is a collaborative and cooperative effort of older adult service providers working together to integrate clinical excellence and best practices across the care continuum. These organizations are striving to enhance the older adults’ quality of care and quality of life while empowering staff to continuously improve the services provided.
