Immediate
Support
Gifts
can be made directly to the Presbyterian Homes Foundation, providing
immediate support to benefit our residents, facilities, and programs.
Gifts
of cash If you are able to do so, we encourage
you to consider a gift of cash. It is the simplest way to give,
and your gift is immediately available to use in supporting Presbyterian
Homes' work and mission. Cash gifts to Presbyterian Homes are
tax deductible to the full extent provided by law. You may send
a check to the Foundation Office, or feel free to use our online
donation form to make a gift with your credit card.
Gifts
of stock and other securities Contributing
long-term appreciated securities provides you with a meaningful
way to make an immediate gift to Presbyterian Homes. Gifts of
stock can take advantage of charitable tax deduction and capital
gains tax benefits. When considering a gift of stock, please contact
the Foundation Office so that
we can help facilitate the most efficient way for you to make
your gift.
All
gifts to Presbyterian Homes are important. Any gift, whether immediate
or deferred, can have special significance by being given in memory
or in honor of a friend, loved one, or favorite staff member.
To
recognize Presbyterian Homes' donors, we list all people who have
made gifts, whether deferred or immediate, in our Annual Report.
With any gift, we will honor a donor's request to remain anonymous
so that his or her name is not listed in any publication.
This
material is not intended to address all issues related to charitable
giving. When considering charitable giving, you should talk with
your tax, legal, or financial advisor. The Presbyterian Homes Foundation
does not render legal, tax, or other professional advisory services.

No
matter what tax advantages or savings could be available through
your gift arrangement, the greatest advantage of your gift
has to be this: your personal satisfaction in assuring the
future vitality of Presbyterian Homes and its mission.
